By accessing synelium.com or using any Synelium services — including our assessment tools, scheduling system, consulting services, and SMS program — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Synelium provides intake and revenue-cycle consulting services for professional services firms. Our offerings include:

• Strategy consultations and implementation support
• Workflow and automation system design
• AEO (AI Engine Optimization) website analysis
• SMS-based appointment reminders and follow-up communications

SMS Text Message Program

Synelium operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with clients and prospects who have explicitly opted in. By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to the following:

• Appointment confirmations and scheduling reminders
• Follow-up messages after your assessment or consultation
• Service updates and relevant offers from Synelium
• Responses to questions you submit via web forms

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and requests. You may receive up to 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving texts from Synelium, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message to confirm your unsubscription. No further messages will be sent.

You may also opt out by emailing shaun@synelium.com and requesting removal from our SMS list.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside of Synelium's control.

When using Synelium's services, you agree not to:

• Use our tools or content for unlawful purposes
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell our proprietary frameworks or content without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

All content on synelium.com — including text, frameworks, assessments, graphics, and branding — is the property of Synelium and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

Synelium's services are provided for informational and consulting purposes. Results from our assessments and recommendations are not guaranteed and depend on your implementation and business conditions.

Our website and tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on this site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synelium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, website, or SMS program. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
